However we are a local small business, we take each return on a case by case basis. Returns are processed by staff of Dirt & Water Designs.

Return Policy

Dirt & Water Designs enforces a strict 30 day return policy. 30 day timing begins at the meta-date stamp of the delivery provided by the delivery agent. The customer returning the items may be responsible to pay all shipping costs to return the items back to the fulfillment facility.

All fulfilment facilities are within the United States.

The customer may choose their means of shipment. Monetary refunds will be posted when receipt of shipping provided. (IF APPLICABLE)
